Spoke too soon. Energy is at ZERO. Today's workout was a GRIND. Strength is holding though - that's the silver lining.

YASSS

Feeling SO good again today! Energy is back on point - 7.5 hour sleep and CRUSHED my workout this AM. Calves and legs are DAMN sore though - and I have another leg day tomorrow. Recovery seems to be a little bit shit this week and that concerns me... energy and strength are GOOD though, and hunger is non-existent today. Do I want a refeed? SURE! Do I need a refeed? mmmm maybe not quite yet. Just taking it day by day! On to the next!

Cardio DAY

Solid 90 minute hike with the pup earlier today followed up with 60 minutes incline MISS on the treadmill at the gym this evening. Not really intentional, honestly I just wanted to creep on my dude while he was lifting.... Now that's motivation to get to the gym :P Steps are off the chain today! Feeling really good - but the HUNGER is kicking IN. Felt totally drained from yesterday's leg session, even with a 7.5 hour sleep behind me, I'm still dragging butt today. Hungry, tired and recovery is starting to decline... depending on how lifts go tomorrow (if they suck) it might be time to start thinking about a refeed. Progress has been on point and I'm holding steady at 146.8lbs the last 2 days

HALLELUJAH

SCALE IS MOVING! Weighed in today at 146.8lbs! New low for this prep! Feeling good, strength and energy are ON point. Abs are coming in. I'm HAPPY! Solid leg day today and I'm pretty tuckered. Gonna tuck in early again tonight and try to get a solid 8 hour sleep under my belt. If I can keep this trend going - I'm a happy girl!

Riding the Wave!

Feeling SO good - and having the best trains these days (an 8.5 hour sleep last night certainly didn't hurt :P ). Strength is up, pumps are awesome - loving what I'm seeing in the mirror. Every time I lift it seems I'm noticing more cuts and lines.... getting lots of great feedback, unprompted. I'm seeing some big improvements from last year ALREADY - especially in the mid-section and lower lats right now. Can't wait for these legs to start leaning out so I can see what I'm working with there too. SOON. Feeling like I'm on point!

BOOM

SOLID start to the week! Weighed in at 147.5lbs today - new low. Things are happening! Feeling and looking MUCH leaner - getting great feedback from people at the gym still. On course! Busy day with work today - but macros are on point and I got some cardio in this morning. Not feeling the calorie drop yet - hunger levels are in control. Early to bed again for me - need to get caught up on sleep... but SUPER jacked to rock tomorrow's session already. Workouts are a lot more fun when you can see the pump/vascularity coming out. I'm seeing changes on the regular now and that's motivating as hell! On to the next!

Excuse these pics - it was dark out when I took them so I had to adjust the lighting. They're grainy. HOWEVER... grainy or not, I'm seeing awesome changes - especially through the mid-section now. Legs are coming, as these shorts fit COMPLETELY different from how they fit me 5 weeks ago. I am VERY happy with how things are progressing! Inches are down all over - and I had a lovely little WOOSH on the scale. Woke up at 147.5lbs today! THERE it is. So TIRED

VERY little sleep last night and I'm FEEEEEELING it. I'm glad to be home now. Headache central right now. But we press on... Solid workout today despite the lack of sleep. Strength is still holding strong! I'm off to bed. Time to catch up on some much needed zzzzzz's.

Road Trip!

Super long - but an awesome day! Seeing the athletes up on stage for the Leigh Brandt Muscle Classic today was motivating as F. Smelling the tan, hearing the crowd cheer - the fire under my ass has been LIT! Stuck to my pre planned and pre packed meals - hit up a workout at West Coast Iron. Not worth documenting since I just F'd around on cool toys the entire time (this gym has so many neat machines). I did a lot of unilateral leg work - single leg ham curls, single leg press, single leg extensions, kick backs, and on and on... it was a good time, but off my regular plan. Death by Stairs

Solid day - busy day. Strength is trending UP still. Mood is divine. I'm feeling GREAT despite the scale doing me dirty. 600 cals on the stairs tonight, getting cardio knocked out as I'll be on the road tomorrow - off to see a local comp with my friend Kris! SUPER excited to take in this show - never fails to light the fire under my ass. Up bright and early - long day tomorrow so I'm packing it in for tonight! All's good in the hood!

REST DAY

Rest days are now "CARDIO" days. Big ol' hike with Russ and 30 minutes on the stairs for me today. It was too nice out not to enjoy some fresh air. SPRING IS HERE! Feeling awesome. Macros on point. Got a solid 8 hour sleep under my belt last night. Can't ask for anything better. Except for maybe the damn scale to drop.

HUMPDAY

Strength is still trending up which I'm VERY happy about - but DAMN, I think the deficit is starting to hit. Energy was bottoming out today - felt very drained after my session. Hoping a solid night of sleep will set me straight. Ain't nobody got time for no energy!!!! All in all, happy with the day!

Too busy. Time is flying. Killed today though - that's FO SHO. Feeling good - strength is UP UP UP! WOO!

New Macros

First day at lower macros and I'm feeling good with the drop - not a big adjustment (at least that I've felt yet)! Rest day today, but got some walking in - keeping the steps up. It feels like SPRING here! I'm thinking some hikes are on the horizon! Sun is shining and life is GOOD! Seriously having a really great experience with prep so far :D

Time IS FLYING

I can't believe how quickly the weeks are passing! Another one down - 13 to go. Feeling good about where I'm at - but I'm dropping macros for this next week to see if I can get the scale to cooperate. NEW MACROS: P170/C150/F40 Cardio is now at 2 x 30 minute MISS sessions, on top of 10K+ steps per day and 2-3 90 minute LISS sessions (hikes with Russ) On to the next, let's DO THIS THANG!
