

Still chugging.
Chugging along and chugging all the water that is. Hungry, tired - but SO close - the adrenaline is starting to kick in. I'm having visions of myself on that stage. I can feel the heat of the stage lights. I can smell the tan. I can hear the music. I can feel the energy of the other competitors. Show day is coming.... and I am SO. EXCITED. Solid lift today - strength is starting to dip but I'm happy I've been able to hold on to it for so long.... If I can hold on for juuuuuuu


WOOSH.
Woke up to a new low of 133.9lbs today! Had a 3 hour hike scheduled but decided to forgo it as I had a crap sleep last night and I'm pretty zonked - plus that big woosh on the scale, maybe it's time to start paring down the cardio... we'll see. Took Russ out for an hour walk - easy pace today, then took the rest of the day off to chill. Needed it - and it felt really good (although a little weird!). So tired.
Once again - had a super crap sleep last night. Very interrupted and the sleep I did get was chalk a block full of really crazy dreams... weird. Managed to get a solid leg day in today which was CLUTCH. 1/4 of my last leg workouts DONE and dusted :P Topped the day off with a 12K hike to get some cardio in... Pulling energy out of my ass right now lol


MAN
Super solid lift today. Strength was OK - matched some lifts, had to scale down and increase reps on others. Not surprising for 2.5 weeks out super low carbs (for me). Feeling good today - getting through! Getting down to the wire but I'm feeling confident with where my body is at.


Another Monday DOWN
And a solid start to the week. The HUNGER is real - but so is my desire the bring in my best package to date... so nothing gonna stop me at this point. Power through! At least cardio dampens the hunger levels for a small chunk of time. Got a good sweat session in this morning... Excited for pull day tomorrow! Time for an epsom salt soak, slather my body in tiger balm, and an epic sleep - my wind-down routine of choices these days!

Feeling SO good and STRONG today after a really solid sleep last night. Managed to get the 55DB's up for shoulder press today... that's NEW for me... at 3 weeks out? Ya kidding me? PUMPED! Feeling really good going in to this next week... Legs are COMING in too - I SEEN'T IT.

Only 4 more leg days to GO! Today's session was really good - felt strong albeit super low energy.... my quad seems to be behaving at the moment which is making me really happy... I'm sure I've lost some quad size in the last few weeks due to having to scale down volume on a lot of lifts - but if I'm on the way back up now, I can't worry too much about it at this point. 3 weeks out today and a new low of 136.6 on the scale - down several more inches this week to boot. Busy Busy!
Day off the gym so I got some errands done and dusted - planning a vacation for immediately after the show, which means I'm trying to get things organized for two things at once, and running out of time to do it all in! Sure makes the time fly though... Can't believe tomorrow marks 3 weeks OUT! Getting down to the wire... starting to feel the nerves/excitement kick in....
