Today's workout was a GRIND. Strength is holding though - that's the silver lining.

Feeling SO good again today! Energy is back on point - 7.5 hour sleep and CRUSHED my workout this AM.
Calves and legs are DAMN sore though - and I have another leg day tomorrow. Recovery seems to be a little bit shit this week and that concerns me... energy and strengt...

Solid 90 minute hike with the pup earlier today followed up with 60 minutes incline MISS on the treadmill at the gym this evening. Not really intentional, honestly I just wanted to creep on my dude while he was lifting....

Feeling SO good - and having the best trains these days (an 8.5 hour sleep last night certainly didn't hurt :P ).
Strength is up, pumps are awesome - loving what I'm seeing in the mirror.

SOLID start to the week! Weighed in at 147.5lbs today - new low. Things are happening! Feeling and looking MUCH leaner - getting great feedback from people at the gym still. On course!

VERY little sleep last night and I'm FEEEEEELING it. I'm glad to be home now.
Headache central right now. But we press on...
Solid workout today despite the lack of sleep. Strength is still holding strong!
I'm off to bed. Time to catch up on some much needed zzzzzz's.
