Super massive carb load today - 400g! I am SO full! Frick. 

Got in the gym for a little pump session and some posing. Liking where I'm at - hopefully after I drop the water I tighten up a smidgen... but I'm happy. 

Got my nails done today!

Last Pull session done. One more lift left to go - that's on Thursday! 

I'm likely going to start the carb up tomorrow - ease in to it and then see how I'm looking as the week goes on. 

Kind of just playing it by ear based on how I've responded to my last two refeeds.

Crappy lift today and strength is sucking - energy is horrific.... but carbs are on the horizon. 

Holding it together now.... at least I've managed 3 awesome sleeps in a row! Hallelujah for the small victories!

Here we are - 1 week out!!! 

Took my progress pics / measurements today and I'm down again in the waist, hips and thighs.

Hit a new low of 130.2lbs and feeling LEAN and MEAN! 

Last Leg day done and dusted and it went well - managed to keep quad and knees safe and feeling...
