Workout + What I'm Eating

Woke up at 143.6lbs today - feeling great so far!

My macros prior to prep were 160P/370C/75F - so I assumed there would be a rough adjustment period to these new macros... but, so far so good.

Averaging about 4 cups of coffee a day though, haha!
