19 Weeks Out - Check In + Progress Photos
I've been taking photos on Fridays. I will post my updates on Saturdays. I check in with my coach on Mondays - so I'll post program changes then.
I see a few changes this week - even though I'm retaining quite a bit of water right now due to my period.
I'll post side by side comparisons when the changes start becoming a bit more apparent.
