Week 3 - Summary

Here's a look at week 3 in it's entirety. Not a lot of movement on the scale - but inches are down, so I'm happy.

I start 1200 calories of cardio per week (LISS) this week. I was going to get on it today, but I'm still sick as a dog.

I have a Pull day scheduled for tomorrow - so hopefully I'll be able to hit some cardio after that.

I would usually harden the F up but this sickness is all in my chest. I know cardio would just aggravate it.

Gotta listen to the bod. Another day or two and I should be good to go!
