Workout + What I'm Eating

YEAH buddy! It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood. First day rocking cardio on prep. Did an easy 200 cals of medium intensity (on the stairs) after my pull workout.

I'm still a bit congested - but other than that - I feel good.

It's a gorgeous, sunny day here - so I took my pup out for a big long walk too. It actually feels like spring. My soul is singing.

I'm feeling strong. Positive. Driven.

I love days like today!
