Woke up at 138.8lbs today! Promptly headed to the gym for a killer leg sesh.

Then - proceeded to mow down on SO MANY CARBS! Laz hooked me up with a refeed today.


It was glorious.

Basically ate MORE of the carbs I usually eat - so I increased the amount of oats in my breakfast from 20g to 45g (got me through my leg day!), added a half a cup of rice to my lunch - then I ate the most delicous Cinnamon Raisin Bagel EVER (toasted and plain) with a side of strawberries and pineapple. I had been craving that for a while.

I also had some CHERRY NIBS after dinner (OMG) and snacked on some Sweet&Salty flavoured Popcorn Chips too - small portions but totally satisfying.

Everything else in my day was pretty standard. Going to bed now with a full belly and a smile on my face.
