Push Workout + Day of Eating
Finally got 40 pounders up for my shoulder presses today! That's a PR! I've been trying to get 40's for SO LONG. Strength is AWESOME right now!
Actually thought I'd be dying of hunger today after yesterday's refeed but - I'm feeling pretty good! JELLO is a life saver. I foresee eating it 2-3 times a day as my macros drop lower ;) #VOLUME
Scale was up to 140.0 today - pretty normal fluctuations after doubling up the carbs yesterday.
Feeling good, re-energized, and FOCUSED.
