I only had cardio on my gym agenda today - but it was pretty blizzardy out there this morning so I opted to stay off the roads, and warm inside my house.
I will make up for the missed cardio tomorrow - might even do a 2-a-day - which will help keep my mind off of FOOD and my face out of the fridge. I am HUNGRY as of late! Go-go gadget: SELF CONTROL!

It's been a good week so far - even though the scale has been a jerk to me --> 139.7lbs this morning. I have my mid-week check in with Laz tomorrow - so, we'll see how that goes. Change is a comin'.
