My spine is broken!

WOW - had my first 1-on-1 posing session with a coach today... let's just say I'm gonna be feeling it tomorrow. Posing for an hour and a half is HARD WORK!

Quick 300 cals of cardio knocked off this morning - glad I didn't lift before my posing session - pretty I'd be destroyed right now.

12 weeks out tomorrow - things are gettin' REAL!
