One of those MEH workouts...
Not the best workout today - but not the worst. Just kind blah.
I've been sleeping like a CHAMP this week and I feel great - progress is on point again. Scale is coming back down (finally).
Dunno why today's workout sucked - it just did. They can't all be awesome. Oh well! Tomorrow is a new day!
Finished up all of my cardio for the week - which is comforting - since I have legs tomorrow so I'll basically be useless after that.
Gotta finish the week STRONG! 12 Weeks out TODAY! Can't even believe how time is flying!
