CRAZY BUSY!

MAN - ok today was awesome, but incredibly busy. Had a solid workout this morning, walked the dog, then worked worked worked, and did tax stuff tax stuff tax stuff - then I hit up the gym with Regena at 7 for a solid hour of posing followed by a great cardio sesh - and too many laughs.

Can't even begin to tell you how amazing it is to have a close friend who is ALSO in comp. prep and ALSO almost the identical numbers of weeks out - to share the experience with.

Competing can be such a lonely sport - and it's often hard to muster the understanding of those in your social circles if they don't really understand everything that's involved.

Having someone to do cardio and posing with on a Friday night - when everyone else is out on the town - makes THE difference!

Got home pretty late - it's 10:45pm right now - in other words, 2 hours past my bedtime....

SO - off to bed I go - to prepare for a full repeat tomorrow.
