Leg day - smashed. Macros - smashed. To-do list - smashed.

Get'nr done! And although I'm taking longer rest periods between sets now - I'm still making some rep PR's, which I'm over the moon about.

Gotta keep pushing!

I switched up my food today and fit in a nice little sandwich. It's good to switch up the food options here and there so I don't get bored.

Also bought some fancy new mustards today which I'm way too excited about #preplife

All in all, a good day indeed!

I'm off for an epsom salt soak and then BED!
