Hugely successful day for tackling tasks on my to-do list - which I'm happy about. I have another big day of paperwork ahead of me tomorrow and then I'm in the clear - and hopefully that will mean I can finally turn my brain off and get some sleep at night! I'm excited!
Had a solid workout today but definitely not me best. My strength is really crapping out lately - and I know the reason for that is that my sleep has been off for too long.
But - Coach said I get a REFEED this week - so I'm planning to take that tomorrow - which will hopefully mean good things for deadlifts on Thursday :)
I'm staying positive. I know good things are to come!
