Prep Brain - Engaged.
Ok - today was a weird day. I hit macros, but I did so in a strange way. Basically after lunch, I ate 3 belt sander brownies in a row because they were just. so. tasty.
My macros all line up for the day, but I had to remove dinner in order for that to happen.
I really need to stop doing this (I did the same thing yesterday.) I finished my macros at 2pm because I wanted to just eat to get FULL. I don't know why. I have total prep brain today and I feel off. The only way I can describe how I feel is .... drunk!
I was supposed to get 250cals of cardio knocked off today but I skipped it - just not feeling good. My workout was great - I just can't seem to get my head in the game this week.
I need to get back on my regular meal plan and I will do so tomorrow.
I think I'm just getting burnt out.
