HECK YES.
I knew the very second I opened my eyes from my glorious, uninterrupted 10 hour sleep that today was gonna be a good day.
Had a great leg session today, felt strong and felt GOOD through out the entire thing. This is the first leg session I've had in about 3 weeks where I felt great going in to it and great through out.
AND - I actually managed not to sabotage myself with macros today and paced myself accordingly - eating all pre planned meals at scheduled times - which is a pretty big feat for a leg day. The hunger is still very real but -
I feel like I'm back to myself at least. Sleep is always the answer.
Now to just keep the momentum.
