Good News and Bad News

The good news is that I hit a new low of 131.2lbs this morning - the bad news is that I feel like absolute garbage. I don't know why - 0 energy. I had to skip my workout today as I could barely muster the energy to even dress myself this morning! Thankfully I got all of my cardio wrapped up yesterday. Only got 3 lifting sessions in this week but - they were all solid, so I'm not worried at this point.

I just hope hope HOPE I'm not getting sick.

Controlling what I can control - hitting macros, hitting water, going to hit the hay early.

Tomorrow is a new day!
