I honestly don't even know how I'm functioning right now. I am so tired. I can't WAIT for my head to hit the pillow tonight. I only got about 3 hours of sleep last night - got to bed at 3:30am and had to be up for 6:30. I planned to take a nap but it just never happened.
Weighed in today at 131.4lbs - woke up very dry (dehydrated from my drive.)
Hit my 250 cals of cardio this afternoon (forced myself so hard! LOL) followed by a tan, shower and work!
I'm not sure if it's stress related or if it's my food - but my stomach has been in knots - feeling very queasy - for a few days now. Anytime I eat, no matter what I eat, I get incredibly bloated - my belly gets rock hard and swollen almost immediately.
I'm going to try adding some fermented foods to my diet (sauerkraut, pickles - I've heard apple cider vinegar helps...) and see if anything happens - it's either that, take probiotics or cut way back on my fibre intake. I'd prefer to try everything else I can BEFORE I have to cut out my precious broccoli.
All I know is I can't go on like this. I'm in PAIN!
