I Knew It Was Coming....

Just got feedback from Coach on my check in - the push is officially on.

New macros: Protein 160g / Carbs 130g / Fat 35g

Cardio increased to 1500 cals per week + my 2 HIIT sessions

Time to grind!

But - starting tomorrow LOL! Already hit my normal macros for today and - got too busy with work to get my butt to the gym for cardio. Thank goodness it's only Monday.
