Please let me sleep!

Another night of very little sleep - made for a less than awesome cardio session - but I got 600cals knocked out anyway.

I have no choice but to pop a Unisom tonight and hope for the best. I'm sure it will make for an ugly leg day tomorrow but... so will not sleeping for a third night in a row.

At least the macros are on point. Control what you can control.....
