Today, Coach bumped my cardio up to 2200 calories per week. I died a little inside.

*le sigh*

The grind is real.

HOWEVER - I did weigh in today at 131lbs today - which made me happy!

Counting the days at this point. I'm ready for a bulk. hahaha ... translation: I miss eating. My MFP entries and volume tricks might lead you to believe my hunger is at bay but I assure you, quite the opposite is true. I'm starving. 24/7.

Extra cardio isn't gonna help that.

3 weeks and 4 days to go. I will survive.
