Hmmm.... get this...

I knew today was going to be a whacky weigh in. I got mmmmmaybe 1.5 hours of sleep last night - and I didn't get nearly enough water in as normal yesterday (maybe a fifth of my typical consumption) - so I woke up super dry.

Weighed in at 126.9lbs. Holy moly. That's quite a fluctuation from 131.0 yesterday.

Spent all day rehydrating today - and aiming to get a solid sleep tonight. Early to bed for me.

Got my 650cals of cardio in today. Still lots more to do to hit my weekly target. It's going to be a rough couple of days - but I'm ready to grind.

I have to continually remind myself that I'm in the home stretch now....
