The fog has lifted. I'm through the hormonal crap. THANK YOU baby JAYSUS.
I went for a big hike with my pup this morning and cleared my head. Knocked out 700 calories of cardio in the process - so it was mighty productive. Had the day off of lifting - much needed.
I'm feeling way better today - going to get a good nights sleep tonight and go crush tomorrow's pull sesh.
Bring on the next 3 weeks!
PS - I know I've said before that I love broccoli and chicken but I'm getting pretty sick of it at this point. It's just such high volume and satisfying that I don't want to give it up. I'll take bland food over feeling hungry any day, any time, anywhere.
Also - not really wanting to get adventurous with new foods at this point - actually considering dropping a few items next week to make sure I'm not rocking any kind of bloat situation come comp day.
I will cross that bridge when I come to it. For now - my focus is on nailing this next week and dropping the last little bit of fat that's hanging on to these ol' thighs.
Not far to go now! :)
