Leg Day Death
Today was by FAR the hardest workout of my prep - Leg Day - hungry as F. Low energy, even though I had a tremendous sleep last night. I had to take mega long rests between sets. It was actually embarrassing. The calorie deficit is definitely taking it's toll.
When I feel the urge to stray off plan, I clean my house... so - yeah my house is basically spotless top to bottom these days.
I'm running out of things to clean/organize.
Thank goodness I don't have a lot of down-time anyway - or I might just go bat-shit crazy.
2.5 more weeks.
I can do this.
