Strength is AWOL

Had yet another really piss poor workout again today. My strength is non-existent. My cardio is dragging. My mood is crap. I'm RAVENOUS 24/7.

I'll tell ya - I'd take more food, a little fluff and some solid strength over this six-pack any day of the week.

What the heck use is a super lean figure if you can't do anything useful with it?

PONDER ON THAT.

Seriously though - I'm so tired.
