20 Weeks Out - Here we go!

It all starts here.

 

I've been itching to get this prep started for the last 3 months - and it's finally time! I'm SO excited! 

 

I'm going to be sharing all of my program details, food logs, workouts, progress, weekly changes as suggested by my coach - basically, all the nitty gritty details that most don't touch on. 

 

This prep will be an open book - so if you have questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
