Food Log Numero Uno

Solid first day in the books if I do say so myself.

I woke up this morning at 144.1lbs (shout out to yesterday's massive leg sesh for the epic water retention) - and won't have another weigh in until Saturday (without my scale while I'm away from home.)

My focus this week is just hitting my macros, hitting my workouts and getting lots of activity in... hopefully I'll see some nice progress when I step on that biotch on Saturday.

Got a solid hike in early this morning (5am!) and then tucked in to a long day of work.

I'm right pooped.
