Short and sweet because I've been at my computer literally all day (started at 4:30AM) and my brain is fried.
Taking an epsom salt soak (I AM SOO FRIGGIN SORE) and then I'm off to bed to read (I try to get 45-60 minutes of wind-down time...away from the glare of technology... before closing my eyes - which helps me sleep!)
Hit my macros, got a smooth 2 hours of hiking in (on top of a full day of work) - feeling good!
Busy days are great - as they keep my mind occupied - but days that I don't lift are always a little tough. I NEED my iron.
