Got about 10 minutes in to my hike today and realized that training legs the day prior, followed by a massive uphill climb was not the best idea. I wanted so much to turn back - but I knew once I warmed up, the pain would subside.
I was right.
2.5 hours later... I was broken. LMAO!
But seriously - it was another solid day in the books for me. GREAT sleep again last night. I'm on a roll!
New lines and new veins are starting to pop and I'm feeling good. Progress is happening!
