Still just feeling...not like myself...and it really is the pits. I hope this passes quickly.
On the plus side, had a great workout today - felt strong. Energy-wise, I'm GOOD! I've been sleeping well this week - so workouts have been solid.
I just need to get out of my own head.
Tomorrow is a rest day - I'll be doing a big hike - which always helps my mindset.
OK - I'm done being whiney. I promise :)
