Seriously - you ever have those days where it just feels like there's not enough time in a 24 hour span to get everything done?
This is my life - EVERY DAY - these days. There's just so much to do, and so little time.
BUT - it does make the time fly. AND it does keep my mind off of hunger. Which is clutch...
Feeling REALLY good today. Scale is coming back down, my nasty head space has taken a hike (literally, I went for a hike and felt a million times better.) Sleep has been great. Energy is on point. Hormones are levelling back out I think :)
September is off to a great start.
BUT I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S ALREADY SEPTEMBER!
Bonus of prepping in the summer months is - time FLIES. I can't say that enough. Time needs to chill the F out.
Rest day from the gym today - but pumped to hit a strong PUSH session tomorrow. Got in a 2.5 hour hike today and crushed 1200 calories.
Macros on point and I'm excited to take my progress pics and measurements tomorrow to see where things are sitting!
