Happy Sunday on this beautiful Labour Day Long weekend!
Tackled a great gym session today - and had a good chat with my coach on how we plan to move forward.
We're switching up macros starting tomorrow:
Protein: 170g
Carbs: 130g
Fat: 40g
and pulling a switcher-oo with programming... time to kick it up a notch *evil grin*
Sitting less than 11 weeks out now and it's time to GRIND! I'm ready.
BRING IT!
