Starting this week off strong! Hit a short 60 minute LISS (Russ is pretty slow in the heat) walk this morning. Solid sleep last night.
Slight adjustment to the amounts of foods I'm eating in order to hit the new macro goals... but no major changes to WHAT.
I'll stick with my morning pumpkin proats, salads and broccoli for as long as I can - as it's filling, keeps me content, high energy - and on my mental game (no major cravings this far).
I do think the chocolate chips and cracker chips will soon be disappearing, though! I'll hold on to that coconut peanut butter for as long as I can.
But...whatever I gotta do - I'm ready.
New workout program starts tomorrow and I'm psyched!
This is going to be a good week. I can feel it in my bones.
