This day started out ROUGH - was DEFINITELY not wanting to workout today. It was a hat on/ headphones in kinda day.
Feeling..... melancholy (first time I've ever described my mood as melancholy LMAO but it's the only word I can think of).
I'm sleeping great - body/strength/energy wise - I feel GOOD. This is just mental.
But I got my ass to the gym - and then I blew through my workout with no issue. And then all was right in the world again.
Started rough - ended WELL.
Enjoying a nice Chai Tea right now - then I'm off to bed for some reading.
I have a good feeling about tomorrow - I just need to get my head outta my butt.
