Today was a great day.
Woke up to a new low of 134.7lbs!
Then crushed a solid workout - made increases on all lifts in terms of weight and/or reps - compared to last week - and felt AWESOME through-out.
Energy is on point. Strength is on point. Hunger is non-existent.
AND and and - coach said REFEED!! Woo! So I'm going to take that on Thanksgiving (next Sunday) and enjoy a nice meal with my folks.
