Struggle bus today. Got about 3 hours of sleep last night and it was reflected in my entire day. 

 

2 pound weight gain on the scale (that's what no sleep'll do!) Cravings are at an all time high (can't stop thinking about friggin' pastries. Mood is crap. Energy is shot. Workout sucked. UGH! 

 

But I made it through. And the hard days - I know - make this process more rewarding.
