WHAT?!

OUCH. First set of my FIRST exercise of the lower body workout (Bulgarian Split Squats) that I had fully planned on CRUSHING - and I pulled my groin! It STINGS! IT STINGS!

Seriously. So bummed. Had to take the volume of my workout WAY down and focus on isolation movements only - as I could barely walk, let alone lift.

Sadness she wrote.

I'm thankful that my next leg day isn't scheduled until Wednesday - I NEED to rest this mother F'er.

But being sidelined at 6 weeks out is out of the question - so I'm just gonna have to do my best to work through it - and that includes taking 2.25 hours to get my usual 1 hour cardio session knocked out because - I've got calories to burn.

OI. VEY.

Not how I wanted this day to go.

On a positive note, I finally got around to making "cauliflower mash" - which has changed my life for the better. They taste just like mashed potatoes!

P2/F0/C5 per cup

Chop up an entire head of cauliflower and boil until tender. Drain and put them in a food processor. Add two bouillon flavour cubes of your choice and some Ms. Dash seasoning. Blend until they're the consistency of mashed potatoes.
