I really *THOUGHT* I'd be able to get 4 workouts in a row in to finish out this week - but after a less than stellar sleep last night - waking up exhausted - I knew the gym wasn't going be any kind of beneficial today.
You win some, you lose some.
I opted for a hike with the pup instead - and got caught in a torrential down pour. Soaked Kait. Soaked Russ.
HOWEVER - I did hit a new low today: 132.2lbs - so that's something.
Honestly, just ready for this week to be done and over with....
