I can't believe how quickly the weeks are passing!

Feeling good about where I'm at - but I'm dropping macros for this next week to see if I can get the scale to cooperate.

Cardio is now at 2 x 30 minute MISS sessions, on top of 10K+ steps per day and 2-3 90 minute LISS sessions (hikes with Russ)
