Feeling SO good again today! Energy is back on point - 7.5 hour sleep and CRUSHED my workout this AM.
Calves and legs are DAMN sore though - and I have another leg day tomorrow. Recovery seems to be a little bit shit this week and that concerns me... energy and strength are GOOD though, and hunger is non-existent today.
Do I want a refeed? SURE! Do I need a refeed? mmmm maybe not quite yet.
Just taking it day by day!
