What I'm running on lol! Fumes and caffeine.
Took every ounce of energy in my soul to get my ass out of bed today for cardio. But I got it done.
REFEED will be tomorrow and that thought is powering me through. Let's just hope I can muster the energy for a solid pull day tomorrow... then it should be smooth sailing for the rest of the week after a calorie injection.
And no, I'm not sick of these same foods on repeat - I am a creature of habit and I look forward to my boring ass meals every single day. That's not the hard part for me... the hard part is the lack of energy. That's the only thing I really struggle with in prep.
So as long as I can keep managing that - I'm gonna be A-OK.
