Yesterday's refeed brought me back to LIFE. And that's the point of it! It WORKED!
Steak + Potato for dinner (went to the Keg) - and a big ol' slice of carrot cake for dessert.
Had amaaaaaaazing meal and a wonderful date night with my guy - just a perfect way to recharge and realign for the next 10.5 weeks of prep. I feel like a new human....
and my workout today was INSANELY good - lifts are all super strong. Reps way up from last week.
Feeling awesome again and ready to GO!!!!
