Really strong upper body session today! Pushed 120lbs on Incline BB Bench for 12 reps - that's a rep PR for me! Pulled 135lbs on Lat Pull Down for 10 reps - another rep PR! Impressed with how strength is sitting now almost 8 weeks out... 

 

If I can hang on to my strength - I'll be a very happy camper!

 

Really pleased with how my upper body / mid section is coming in... just need the legs to catch up and I'm there. 

 

Feeling good, energy is on point, hunger is at bay given the macro drop ... we keep on trucking!
