Had to bail on leg day today - definitely coming down with something.

Aches/Chills and my body was SHAKING on the way to the gym. I knew if I attempted leg day today it was not going to end well... so I'm opting for a FULL rest day today. I shouldn't be feeling this way.

Hopefully rest and sleep will set me straight - we shall see.

Happy with today's progress pics though - inches are down once again (even though the scale is forsaking me...)

Just praying this doesn't turn in to a full blown sickness... really don't want to miss anymore gym.
