Today was fun! Ended up going out to catch the hockey game at a pub downtown in the evening.
Stayed on point with macros - drank a protein shake while I was there and then hit some broccoli and chicken once home. It IS possible to go out and enjoy yourself while on prep - and without feeling the pressures of having to partake in the food. You can say NO :P
Had a solid pull session in the AM - very happy with how my upper body is looking... legs are starting to come in. I'm seeing new cuts and lines in the lower now so progress is there.
