It's taking everything inside of me just to do simple tasks today.
Workout was good - but took a long ass time to get through. Hunger levels are non-existent but I'm REALLY wanting to eat just for more energy. FRICK. Not a sleep issue cause I got a decent amount last night... just feeling the deficit.
These are the days that really put you to the test in prep. Just hoping tomorrow is better. Trying to hold off until Wednesday for the refeed (my birthday!).
