Started my week off with my "rest" day - cardio only. Knocked out a solid hour of incline walking - good sweat session and sets the tone for the week - it's therapeutic!
Definitely needed a day off of lifting - 4 days in a row last week wasn't ideal and by last night I was really feeling that.
Feeling much better today - energy is on point although I'm HUNGRY today....
Holding tight for the refeed TOMORROW! WOOT!
