SUPER strong workout today - I decided to move tomorrow's upper session to today in order to take advantage of the refeed energy I've got going on...

Good choice - made some awesome progress on lifts...strength is sailing, energy is on point - feeling and looking good!

Hit 125lbs on incline bench for 8 reps sans spotter. Thats a rep PR!

All other lifts were up either weight and/or reps.

SOLID day of training!
